What we stand for
We want to make material you can use: understandable, considered and relevant to the life you actually lead.
Room for differences
People respond differently to loss, pressure, connection and exercises. A fixed route or prescribed feeling cannot accommodate that. You can say what feels helpful and what does not.
Care with knowledge
Old ideas are not automatically true because they are old. New studies are not automatically decisive because they include a brain scan. We distinguish what a source says, what follows from it and where we are making a comparison.
Concrete language
We choose examples from ordinary days: a message you are waiting for, a commitment that becomes too much, a moment of rest. Words such as energy or space may help when their meaning is clear.
Boundaries and responsibility
An exercise is an invitation. You do not have to share, touch or relive anything. People remain responsible for how they treat one another. Reflection must not shift that responsibility onto the person who was harmed.
A clear offer
The test, free week and Part I of the book introduce the material. The paid course includes the complete book, 27 lessons, workbook and digital guide. The course page states the price, access period and terms.
